The T20 World Cup in 2024 will see 55 matches played across stadiums in the U.S. and the West Indies from June 1 to June 29. The tournament will kick off with a match between Canada and the U.S. in Dallas on June 1, with the final set for June 29 in Barbados. Semi-finals will be held in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
This marks a significant moment for cricket enthusiasts in the United States, as it will be the first time the country hosts an ICC tournament. Matches will be spread across three stadiums: Central Broward Park in Lauderhill, Florida; Eisenhower Park in Nassau County, Long Island; and Grand Prairie Stadium in Grand Prairie, Texas.
The tournament will feature 20 teams divided into four groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the Super Six phase. The teams have been divided as follows:
•Group A: India, Pakistan, Ireland, USA, Canada
•Group B: England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman
•Group C: New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Uganda, Papua New Guinea
•Group D: South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Netherlands, Nepal
The schedule includes highly anticipated matches, such as the clash between Pakistan and India in New York City on June 9. The full schedule is listed below, with matches taking place in various stadiums across the U.S. and the West Indies.
