The ICC has unveiled the lineup of match officials for the T20 World Cup 2024, scheduled to commence in the USA and the West Indies on June 1. Among the 26 selected officials, including umpires and match referees, are esteemed names like Richard Illingworth, Kumar Dharmasena, Chris Gaffaney, and Paul Reiffel, who previously officiated in the T20 World Cup 2022.

Indian Representation in T20 World Cup Officiating Team Notably, India will be represented by three distinguished officials: Nitin Menon, Javagal Srinath, and Jayaraman Madanagopal. Javagal Srinath stands out as the sole Indian match referee appointed for the tournament.

In a statement, ICC Match Referees Manager David Boon expressed confidence in the selected officials, highlighting their experience and consistent performance. With 20 teams and 55 matches scheduled over 28 days, this edition of the T20 World Cup promises to be the biggest yet.
