The India vs Sri Lanka 3rd ODI series is heating up! Down 0-1, the Men in Blue must bring their A-game to the final match. With a 27-year streak on the line, losing this series to Sri Lanka would be a big blow. Rohit Sharma, the top scorer of the series with half-centuries in both games, and Gautam Gambhir are determined to level the series 1-1 on August 8. But there’s a twist!

Rohit Sharma Skips India Practice
Rohit Sharma, our beloved skipper, showed up at the R. Premadasa Stadium for practice but didn’t train. After scoring 64 in the 2nd ODI, Rohit experienced some discomfort in his right thigh and was attended to by physio Kamlesh Jain. This raised concerns about his participation in the crucial India vs Sri Lanka 3rd ODI.

Despite all practice sessions being optional, Rohit’s decision to rest was a precaution. While his fitness and participation remain uncertain, fans are hopeful he’ll be ready to play. The anticipation is palpable as Rohit’s presence could be the key to securing a win.
