Kapil Dev emphasized that while the cricketing fraternity wants to help, Kambli must take the first step by enrolling in rehab. “We should all try to support him. But more than us, he has to support himself,” Kapil said. He stressed that self-care is critical before external help can make a difference. The 1983 World Cup team has rallied behind Kambli, ready to cover any necessary expenses post-rehabilitation.
