Former Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma has broken his silence on the controversial clip leaked by the broadcasters ahead of the game against KKR. The clip saw the Hitman having a conversation with Abhishek Nayar, with the discussion clearly audible. Taking to X, Rohit slammed the broadcasters for not respecting privacy by recording every step and conversation of the player.

Rohit Sharma Breaks Silence on Viral Video with Nayar

In the conversation, Rohit is heard telling Nayar that every single thing seems to be changing and that while it was upon them, it was he who built that team as a divine space. He further goes on to say that it will be his last. KKR deleted the video soon after posting it on their social media channels.

In another incident following the conversation with Nayar, Rohit is seen folding his hands in front of the camera, requesting the broadcasters not to record the conversation, adding that the previous one had gotten him into enough trouble.

There has been a lot of chatter since the video of Rohit and Nayar found its way on social media. The conversation has fueled speculations of the former Mumbai Indians skipper moving to Kolkata Knight Riders in the next season.
